Wow, we made it to 5,000 visitors. Never thought that would happen to this itty-bitty site. And to think I almost shut this down 8 months ago.
Several people suggested that the name be changed from "UnOfficial CCC site" to something else. I'm all ears. So give me suggestions. And no, we cannot use Gladiator School, that's already taken. lol.
Last night was our chapter meeting. There was good feed-back from everyone. Bottom line, people are fed up with hold overs. Tired of Friday hold overs. When is CDCr going to pull their heads out and take care of this problem? When is our administration going to act on this? Do we have to loose a cop before anything happens? Holding staff on their Friday's and ordering them in on their Sunday's is insane! This in not an emergency! This is CDCr's incompetence in running a prison! Maybe they need to look outside the box, if you can't fill the watch, find an alternative. Plain and simple. Maybe feeding will be late or sack feed, or there will be no programs, but wake up CDCr. We don't have to run inmate programs all the fucking time! If they miss church on day, so what! If we can't fill visiting, so what! Take care of your staff. Staff are exhausted and fed up. STOP HOLDING THEM ON FRIDAYS!!
The RA's are not helping either. They only work when they want to and where they want to. This has been brought up to our administration and the reply was,"well then they won't work". Yes they will. They can't afford not to. Many of them bailed ship to early and need that $. So assign them a shift and a job.
We have given the administration every possible idea that we can. It is up to them to act on it.

NO SH$T. WHEN IS OUR MANAGEMENT GOING TO WAKE UP? I ONLY GRADED THEM AN F BECAUSE OF A CERTAIN CAPTAIN AND HIS WATCH COMMANDER SIDE KICK WHO GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO F$CK WITH US FOR NO REASON. WE ARE GOING THROUGH TOUGH TIMES. WE DON'T NEED ANY ADDED STRESS TO OUR LIVES. SO WHEN I AM DISRESPECTED BECAUSE I FORGOT WHAT COLOR MY T-SHIRT IS, SCREW THEM. WHY DOES OUR UPPER MANAGEMENT ALLOW THIS TO TAKE PLACE? MAYBE BECAUSE THEY LIKE THE CAOS?

i am curious. has anyone address the fact that that watch commander also sent escape teams out with no equipment? where is the lor or loi for that? or is it just shoved under the carpet like the rest of them.
Lighten up and chill out! Such low moral and poor attitude sets the tone for all around you.
